Hello, there's a room to let in a quiet and calm house. Ideal location whether walking, driving, getting the bus, train or plane.

Very comfortable, king size bed. Loads of storage space. All Bedding required is provided. Desk provided if needed.

The house sleeps generally 12-7am so this room would not suit anyone who is up and about outside this window. The first person starts getting up at 7 so I'm drawing the line at 7am. It's a happy house and I don't wish to upset that.

Rent 850e. / 200e pw. Incl. bins and wifi
Deposit 800e.

Fuel bills will be shared, which in the summer months shouldn't be much. (Gas & electric) Plus everyone contributes towards shared household items like toilet and kitchen paper & cleaning stuff. There is a weekly cleaning rota where everyone does something to maintain tidiness and cleanliness of home, nothing excessive.

Close to city centre, parks and marina. Tesco express and Aldi.

Please respond to the ad and say what you are doing in Cork and from when you're looking to rent. Sorry no pets, vapers or smokers.
