Electricity is charged at €8 per day in June, July and August and €9 per day for the rest of the year this is paid to the caretaker on departure.
Heating is oil fired and charged at .95 cent per oil liter.
Security deposit is €250 paid to the caretaker on arrival and is refunded on departure when the property is left clean and tidy with no breakages.
Bins are provided, the caretaker will put these out on Wednesday and Friday.
