The lodge has been lovingly built in harmony with the adjoining Manor House. It is fitted out to the highest standard. All modern conveniences included. The lodge is tastefully decorated with some delightful features for you to see upon your arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge, freezer etc. It is ideally configured for dining with friends and family. It has a large dining table, comfortably seating ten people. The door leads out to a sheltered patio area that catches the evening sun. An ideal spot for eating al fresco on a summer's evening while the children play in the large garden in front of the patio. Barbeque also provided.

Upstairs you will find the main living area. A wood burning stove invites you into this cosy room with comfy three-piece suite, television and DVD. This room is filled with light. Double doors, lead onto a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding area and gardens. A lovely spot to sit with your book or have a cup of coffee. at the other end of the room are tables and chairs. This area can be used as another dining area or games area.

The five bedrooms are fitted out with comfortable beds dressed with quality bed linen and storage facilities. Towels are also provided. A cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge. There are bathroom facilities on both floors. Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. There are four double-bedrooms and one twin room. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated echoing the high standard to which this house was built.

Outside in addition to the gardens and patio area, there is a children's play area. The South Wexford Lodge is a tranquil country retreat, ideally located to explore the sunny Southeast.

Nearby Bridgetown village can cater to all your needs while you are staying at the Lodge. There is a supermarket, a craft butcher, a fish shop, a takeaway, a pharmacy, a post office, two hairdressers, a beautician, two pubs and a tea room. Homemade breads and cakes are readily available. It is a 1km walk into the village.
