You can learn all about the Battle of Vinegar Hill at the National 1798 Rebellion Centre in the town. History enthusiasts will also enjoy a visit to the 13th-century castle. You€TMl be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, with Curracloe, Courtown, and Ballymoney all within 25 miles.
