Overview

Stuicin is a large family vacation home with an open plan layout and panoramic views of Mount Brandon and the Atlantic ocean. Located between the villages of Ventry and Ballyferriter, it is just a few minutes drive from

the unspoiled sands of Smerwick Harbour and the popular Ventry beach in the other direction. This property sleeps nine on the ground floor and has lovely large gardens on a safe cul-de-sac giving ideal freedom for children. Stuicin is just a 10 minute drive from Dingle town.

Bedrooms

Stuicin has four bedrooms all on the ground floor all leading off the entrance hall. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, sea views and an ensuite bathroom. There is a family bedroom with a double and a single bed and two double rooms. All the bedrooms have storage, bedside lamps and comfortable beds with white, pressed linen and soft furnishings. There are two internal steps up to the living area from the bedrooms.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms. The large family bathroom has a bath with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also an ensuite off the master bedroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Open Plan Living Area

This huge, bright space has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and incredible views north from all the windows. The lounge area on the west side hugs an open fireplace, is surrounded by windows and has a flat screen TV for entertainment. The dining table is in the centre of the room leads out to the patio via french doors.

The wooden kitchen down the other end of this open plan home has a breakfast bar overlooking the sea. There is a fridge/freezer, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, kettle and toaster.

Utility Room

There is a utility room with storage, worktop space, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There are two large lawns in the garden and parking space for at least five cars. There is a picnic bench on a raised area outside the patio doors for alfresco dining and wonderful views of Smerwick Harbour. There are no steps at the front door but steps down from the patio area .
