Accommodation

There are 7 detached self-catering cottages situated on Galway/Connemara coast road, in the grounds of Park Lodge Hotel. Spiddal village and Spiddal strand are 1.7 miles and .75 miles West respectively. Salthill and Galway City are 7 miles and 9 miles East respectively. A regular C.I.E. bus service (stop on request) passes the premises all year round. Each cottage is self-catering and is fully equipped for 5 persons.

There are 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has 5ft. double bed and has hot and cold water. One bedroom has 2 single beds. The third room has one single bed, where there is room for an extra quest bed or cot. All bed clothes including bed linen is supplied. Bed linen is changed weekly in the case of long term guests. There is a bathroom complete with hot and cold wash hand basin, bath/shower and W.C.

The Kitchenette is all electric and has cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and full range of cutlery, delph and utensils. Ironing board and iron are provided. Comfortable living room-cum-dining room area has a gas fire. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted thermostatically controlled electric heater. Each cottage is provided with Colour TV. There is a direct dial telephone in each cottage. Gas is charged at cost by taking a reading upon arrival and departure. Electricity is paid via a €2 coin meter.
