Glengarriff is a popular village renowed for it\'s natural attractions such as the Glengarriff Nature Reserve, Garnish Island and Bamboo Park. Hill walking is popular on Sugarloaf mountain and the Beara peninsula with trout fishing on Lough Avaul. The local beach is just a small sandy section from the rocky shoreline.
