You enter Countryside Lodge Killaloe through an airy front hall. Featuring vaulted ceilings the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and elegantly furnished with real attention to detail throughout. French doors lead from the living area out onto the deck area with furniture and BBQ where one can sit out and enjoy the long summer evenings in this peaceful lakeside location.

For your convenience, there is a storage shed in the backyard with a water hose, a clothesline to hang rain gear and wetsuits, and enough room to stow hiking boots, bicycles, and other equipment.

The Renowned Gastropub "The Pipers Inn" is less than 3 minutes from the property whilst Killaloe/ Ballina offer a variety of dining experiences. Lough Derg and its surrounds offer excellent fishing, walking and hill climbing opportunities. Killaloe/Ballina and Tuamgraney/Scarriff and Ogonnelloe offer an excellent variety of pubs and restaurants to suit every taste.

The “Jewel of Lough Derg" Holy Island a UNESCO world heritage site is nearby and boat trips to visit it are available locally.
