With many outstanding characteristics, the property has a featured south-facing terrace which truly reveals the full glory of the inlet setting. Guest can immerse and unwind in the large outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the waters. The timber-built design is reminiscent of Canadian chalets and lakeside homes: should you feel like arriving by Indian canoe, the task is made easier by the presence of a sturdy pontoon and jetty. Accommodation:

The property has been tastefully finished and equipped with all the little extras and modern conveniences that make your stay very special. There are six generous bedrooms and five bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.

An extra spacious sitting room runs along the rear of the property, with windows overlooking the bay along with an adjoining TV lounge. From here there is also access to the west-facing terrace, the outdoor Jacuzzi and the bay beyond.

The kitchen is warm and inviting with a large dining table. It is fully equipped and has a brand new island feature to provide additional seating. It overlooks the gardens and has a separate utility room with a guest toilet.

Bedrooms:

All beds are a mixture of a king and super king size. There is one large bedroom downstairs in this section of the house with a stunning new en-shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms â€"one super king-sized bed with beautiful sea views, and again a new en-suite shower. A second twin bedroom overlooking the water also, a separate family bathroom, and a third large family bedroom with a super king-sized bed, and this room looks onto the extensive garden. All bathrooms are of an exceptionally high standard.

The left-wing of the house can be accessed from outside through a separate entrance and from inside, from the central sitting room area. It contains an enormous master bedroom with incredible sea views complete with its own stand-alone bath. There is also a second king-sized en-suite bedroom featuring a bath and wet room style shower.

This property has a pontoon for swimming from, a private mooring, and there is a double and a single kayak for guests use. Enquire when booking regarding insurance cover for use of same. The gardens are well maintained and have lots of nooks and crannies to discover during your stay. An outdoor hot tub allows you to enjoy the stunning setting and views in privacy thanks to the planting and trees surrounding the property.
