The location is brilliant for all Dublin has to offer. Just minutes away from St. Stephen's Green/Grafton Street and excellently situated for most of Dublin city's business areas. Everything is within walking distance, or you can take a Dublin City Bike for hire (on our street). As it is a city location, unsurprisingly we don't have a parking space, but we can arrange garage parking 100m away for approx. €50 per week.
We've created a place which is a real home away from home. Feel free to use everything in the apartment: fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso maker and wine fridge. We also have Virgin TV (with 100 channels plus Netflix) and super-fast broadband 240Mb, with telephone. This can be transferred or cancelled.
My family all live locally and help when there is a special request or problem. Ask any question, and if we can, we'll help you find what you need. For longer stays, three months plus, I'm happy to make minor alterations in the flat to meet your needs.

More on the local area: the apartment is the beautiful residential area of Portobello, which is full of Georgian elegance and quirky coffee shops. If you turn right, you head towards Camden Street with its restaurants, bars and shops, then it's a short stroll to St. Stephen's Green/Grafton Street - and you are right in the heart of Dublin where you can find everything cultural, business, shopping, restaurants and great bars/clubs. We are also close to the canal. I run along it when I'm back. It's great first thing in the morning. There is also a good pay-as-you-go leisure centre in Rathmines called The Swan Leisure Centre, just a 5 minute walk away with a swimming pool, classes and gym.
Getting around. You are set in a great spot for walking to where you want to go. If that's not your thing, take a Dublin Bike - you can hire one from our street, there is a drop off spot on Grantham Street. It's a great way to get around the
